Posting the draw on the website

Open your local copy of the Regatta site in Dreamweaver, and open the regatta-draw folder.

In WRENS, goto Admin > Export, and run, one at a time

• Export Draw/Event
• Export Draw/Club
• Export Draw/Race
• Export Draw Timetable

Copy the output into the appropriate place in the appropriate .htm files

Adjust library\DrawHead.lbi to update the draw files.

Update the front page

Upload all changed files.

Sending details for the programme

In WRENS, goto Admin > Export, and run

• Export Programme

Which option - and then what?

Head Race Control Sheet

Update the Head Race Control Sheet with details of current years race, and print copies for use at 500m and Finish.
